What is Nidaros Cube Clash?
Nidaros Cube Clash is an yearly cube draft event, taking place in Trondheim. Bringing together players from across Norway and beyond. Cube draft is a beloved MTG format where a curated collection of cards is used to build a unique draft environment. If you are not too familiar with the format, a good primer can be found at Lucky Paper.
The event runs across the full weekend, featuring four drafts spread across different time slots. The top players from those drafts then face off in a final Top 8 draft on Sunday evening to crown the Nidaros Cube Clash champion.
We strive to accommodate all players, wether you are a seasoned drafter or new to cube.

Nidaros Cube Clash is proud to offer prizes across all drafts throughout the weekend!
Finish a draft with a positive record, 5 points or more, and you'll take home a play booster. Win the draft and you'll earn a winner pin to carry your cube credibility.
The highest ranked players after Draft 4 advance to the Top 8, where the ultimate prize awaits: a custom champion playmat made exclusively for this event.

Ready to draft? Sign up through our registration form. Spots are limited, at max 32 per time slot, so secure your seat early.
The event is open to all players, whether you've been drafting for years or have never played a cube before, you're welcome at the table. We do advice players to have a basic understanding of booster draft before participating in this event.

Cubes
Featured Cubes
Nidaros Cube Clash will feature a wide variety of cubes. A list of all confirmed cubes can be found on the Cubes page.
Closer to the event a form will be sent out to all registered players, where you can rank all featured cubes by your desire to draft them during the event. Draft pods will then be constructed to the best ability so players get to draft the cubes they want.
If you are interested in featuring your own cube in the event, submit it in our submission form. Submission deadline is February 12th 2027.
